Top Class Acoustic Components The finely tuned 3-way frequency crossover now amplifies signal on each of the two subwoofers with Carbon cones, a 130 mm midrange driver and a 28 mm tweeter. All chassis impress over a wide frequency range and high dynamic range thanks to considerable stroke. Due to the deep, precise bass reflex tuning the frequency range extends all the way down to 42 Hz.
Direct Control 
The front of the music device is decorated with a decorative aluminum inlay. Here you can manually change the volume of your speakers. This function is, naturally, also available with the Raumfeld App or remote control. A status LED signals information about the device’s operating status.
Music listening 2.0 The advantages of streaming music, as opposed to classic methods, like listening to CDs, are eminent. For one, streaming will save you the trouble of changing CDs. You can listen to all of the music in the world with just a few clicks. Enjoyment of the music will not suffer, because you can listen to your music in CD-or even better quality (depending on the source material). The source material can be an NAS system, a USB-stick or hard disc in the router, or installed on your PC or Mac. Raumfeld by Teufel is supported by self-audiophile formats, such as FLAC. Moreover, the speaker L receives direct analog sources, like CD and MP3 players (via RCA input) or USB memory sticks.
You can also receive streams over the internet from sources like Napster, Last.fm, simfy or from over 50.000 different radio stations - including your favorite local channels.
Audio formats like MP3, WMA, WAV, AAC, FLAC or OGG are supported by UpnP protocol.
Cable-free Multi-room & Music The speaker L can be connected with speakers S, M or the connector. The Raumfeld base is a music server with 160 GB storage and has an established WLAN connection.
With the Raumfeld Controller or the free Raumfeld App you can define different listening zones and play the same or different music throughout them. In addition, fine control over the bass, mids and high range sounds can be handled clearly and distortion-free. Select a volume that’s appropriate for each of your listening areas! The cable free music transmission to the individual speakers is loss-free and synchronous.
