Eight week return policy
Once you've found your dream speaker system online, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We're a direct distributor because we've proven that the customer knows best.
When you order Teufel speakers, we deliver them directly to your door so you can play your music on your equipment in your home, for eight weeks. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, simply return the speakers to us, and we’ll return your money to you.
Simple as that.

Up to 12 years warranty
Teufel grants you a 12-year warranty for housing, chassis and diplexers of loudspeaker boxes and a 2-year warranty for electronic equipment, components and parts - this includes amplifier outputs integrated in loudspeaker boxes, separate amplifiers, receivers, DVD receivers, CD receivers, control units such as Decoderstation, iTeufel models, equipment with integrated loudspeakers such as Cinebar and headphones and accessories, calculated from the date of purchase for all material free of defects. This excludes damage caused by inappropriate use or electrical or mechanical overload. [warranty declaration]
