Martin Herrmann (Managing Director)
In August 2016, Martin Herrmann assumed the role of managing director at Lautsprecher Teufel GmbH where he is chiefly responsible for finance and operations. Mr. Herrmann brings with him many years’ experience managing technology-driven companies along with an extensive international network.
Previous to his current position, Mr. Herrmann served as the CEO of major organizations with up to 250 million EUR turnover in Germany, Austria, Hungary and Spain. He is a proven expert in mastering procedural and structural challenges and periods of consolidation.

Sascha Mallah (Managing Director)
In August 2016, Sascha Mallah was appointed managing director of Teufel and its sister brand Raumfeld. Previous to this, Mr. Mallah, who joined Lautsprecher Teufel in April 2013 in the role of sales and marketing director, expanded the departments under his stewardship and successfully developed the Teufel and Raumfeld brands. With the Berlin flagship store and brand store in Amsterdam, Mr. Mallah created popular touchpoints for Teufel and Raumfeld fans to interact with the company and its products.

Mr. Mallah brings many years’ sales and marketing as well as hi-fi experience to Lautsprecher Teufel and Raumfeld. As the director of distribution channels at Harman, he was responsible for the brands Harman Kardon, JBL, and AKG as well as Harman’s luxury audio segments, Levinson, Revel, and Lexicon across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). Previous to this, he was the managing director for the UK and Ireland at Harman.

Markus Romeis
Markus Romeis (Technical Director)
Educated as an electrical engineer, Markus Romeis has spent 20 years at Teufel and is part of the company's living history. He began his career developing loudspeakers for Teufel while also working in sales and product exhibition. Romeis became Head of Development in 1995 and Technical Director in 1998.

Nikola Holle-Spiegel (Director of Human Resources)
Since 2008, Nikola Holle-Spiegel has served as the director of human resources at Lautsprecher Teufel. In this role, she is responsible for all strategic and operational decisions pertaining to personnel.
Before joining Teufel, Ms. Holle-Spiegel worked for five years at PARELEX International GmbH where she led the support and development of 200 employees in Germany, Europe and the USA. Ms. Holle-Spiegel holds a law degree. Early in her career, she worked as a human resources consultant for MTU Maintenance GmbH and in the field of consultancy.
