So what happens next?
After we've processed your order you'll receive a confirmation by the next business day, generally by email in the form of a PDF file. An expected delivery date will be included in the confirmation.
We ship your order via UPS or freight forwarder outside Germany, or inside Germany via DHL - depending on the height, weight and size of your new system. All shipping information is displayed on the product page in the upper right hand corner. Click on the blue info button above the shopping cart to see whether this product is shipped by DHL, UPS or freight forwarder.
When you order via UPS, the day your product is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. The shipping confirmation will include a tracking number which can be used at www.ups.com to follow the shipment status of packages.
Please note that UPS ships packages separately based on size and weight. Because of this, products sent as multiple packages may arrive over a period of several days.
If your product is being delivered by a forwarding company, you can expect to receive a confirmation the day you place your order. The forwarding company will most likely contact you by telephone within three business days of confirmation to set up a delivery appointment.
Packages are delivered to the property (curb) listed as the shipping address. Any further transportation is done at the customer's own risk. Forwarding companies deliver products on one-way pallets, which remain in the customer's possession. One-way pallets can be disposed of via local garbage collection or a recycling centre.
Damage during shipping
If your product has been damaged during delivery, please contact us at 00800 200 300 40, and we will give you more information about the procedure to follow. Please keep all the original shipping cartons and packaging materials from your product as long as your warranty is active. This reduces the risk of damaging components during transportation in case you send it back.
Shipping costs are not included in listed product prices. Each product has different shipping costs associated with it. Shipping costs are directly related to the following factors: size, weight, number of packages, product group, shipping method and product price. Adhering to these factors enables us to offer you shipping costs which are fair and individualized based on your product.
Shipping costs also vary depending on where packages are to be delivered to. Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping addresses, not customers' billing addresses. To get an estimate of shipping costs for the product you've selected, visit the corresponding product page, click the green „Select and Order“ button, scroll down and click the "Shipping info" link. Total shipping costs are subject to change if components are added to an order.
Teufel offers free shipping on accessories for products in the following categories: spikes & isolation pads, wall mounts, cable sets, speaker cables, connection cables, high-end cables, various accessories, fan shop items and the M 50 P stand. For speaker stands a single shipping price applies regardless of how many stands are shipped in an order. The price is calculated based on the shipping destination – shipping speaker stands to Zone 1 (Austria, Switzerland, Luxemburg and the Netherlands) costs € 19,99.
The shipping of the product will commence within one working day. Because Teufel offers a wide spectrum of options including various colours and configurations, some Teufel products may occasionally be out of stock.
Additionally, many positive test results in trade magazines and reviews on websites and/or by customers cause many of our products to sell faster than we had expected. These factors make it difficult to plan warehouse stock with complete accuracy, sometimes leading to longer delivery times. But the bottom line is that once you've chosen a product you want, we'll deliver. Usually the process only takes a couple of working days, but in other cases we ship the products as soon as they've arrived at our warehouses.
You can get up-to-date information about delivery times for each individual product at www.teufelaudio.com on the product pages. The advisories on the website only apply to new orders – any changes do not apply to orders which have already been placed!
Where is my order?
If you've received a shipping confirmation, then your order is already on its way to you.
If you look at the shipping confirmation e-mail, you should see a tracking number for UPS which you can use to track the shipment of your product at www.ups.com In the case of delivery by a forwarding company, the company will contact you within three days (after you receive a shipping confirmation) to make a delivery appointment.
Please contact us if you have not received a shipping confirmation, but more than three days have passed since placing your order, and the product was in stock. You can call +49 (0)30-300 930 0 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
When a refund is issued, we will send a refund voucher by mail after the product has been returned to us and inspected. Vouchers which are not coupled with a product return are also sent this way.

Teufel gives you an 8-week trial listening period during which you can try out paid-for products and send them back if you're not satisfied. The 8-week period starts the day the product invoice is issued. Instead of demonstrating our sound systems in acoustically optimised studios, we offer customers the opportunity to experience the systems' real value in the actual conditions of their homes. We focus on what really counts: the quality of the sound in your home.
