Sascha Mallah (Managing Director)
In August 2016, Sascha Mallah was appointed managing director of Teufel and its sister brand Raumfeld. Previous to this, Mr. Mallah, who joined Lautsprecher Teufel in April 2013 in the role of sales and marketing director, expanded the departments under his stewardship and successfully developed the Teufel and Raumfeld brands. With the Berlin flagship store and brand store in Amsterdam, Mr. Mallah created popular touchpoints for Teufel and Raumfeld fans to interact with the company and its products.

Mr. Mallah brings many years’ sales and marketing as well as hi-fi experience to Lautsprecher Teufel and Raumfeld. As the director of distribution channels at Harman, he was responsible for the brands Harman Kardon, JBL, and AKG as well as Harman’s luxury audio segments, Levinson, Revel, and Lexicon across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). Previous to this, he was the managing director for the UK and Ireland at Harman.

Joachim Wimmers (Managing Director)
Joachim Wimmers assumed the position of managing director at Lautsprecher Teufel GmbH in November 2016. As the company’s COO / CFO, Mr. Wimmers manages the areas of supply chain, finance, HR and IT/IS.

He has over 25 years’ experience in leadership roles with global production firms in the areas of finance and operations and a degree in business administration from the University of Heimstadt Köln.

Previous to Teufel, Mr. Wimmers served as the chief financial officer at First Sensor AG and consulted multiple Berlin startups as an investor in the areas of finance/operations.

Markus Romeis
Markus Romeis (Technical Director)
Educated as an electrical engineer, Markus Romeis has belonged to the Teufel family for over 28 years and is part of the company's living history. Mr. Romeis began his career developing loudspeakers for Teufel while simultaneously working in sales and product exhibition. He was named head of development in 1995 and technical director in 1998.

Mr. Romeis currently oversees all product development at Lautsprecher Teufel and its sister company Raumfeld. In this capacity, he leads acoustic, electronic and software development at the company.

Nikola Holle-Spiegel (Director of Human Resources)
Since 2008, Nikola Holle-Spiegel has served as the director of human resources at Lautsprecher Teufel. In this role, she is responsible for all strategic and operational decisions pertaining to personnel.

Before joining Teufel, Ms. Holle-Spiegel worked for five years at PARELEX International GmbH where she led the support and development of 200 employees in Germany, Europe and the USA. Ms. Holle-Spiegel holds a law degree. Early in her career, she worked as a human resources consultant for MTU Maintenance GmbH and in the field of consultancy.
